General Words

Such words of a descriptive character as are used in conveyances in order to convey, not only the specific property described, but also all kinds of easements, privileges, and appurtenances which may possibly belong to the property conveyed. Such words are in general unbelong to the property not legally appurtenant to it Such words are rendered unnecessary by the English conveyancing act of 1881, under which they are presumed to be included.
