emergency shelter
Defined in 3 places of the United States Code.
As used in this section, the term “emergency shelter” has the meaning provided the term in section 11351(2) of this title.

In this subsection, the term “emergency shelter” means—
(A) an emergency shelter (as defined in section 11351 of this title); or
(B) a site operated by the shelter.
