qualified family member
Defined in 1 place of the United States Code.
Subject to paragraph (2), the term “qualified family member” means an individual (other than a qualified pregnant woman or child, as defined in subsection (n) of this section) who is a member of a family that would be receiving aid under the State plan under part A of subchapter IV of this chapter pursuant to section 607 1 of this title if the State had not exercised the option under section 607(b)(2)(B)(i) 1 of this title.
