Cutchogue is a census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York (USA). The population was 2,849 at the 2000 census. Cutchogue CDP roughly represents the area of Cutchogue hamlet (unincorporated community) in the town of Southold.

Agriculture Law involves farmers, landowners, and others in regards to crop-growing, farming processes, dairy production, livestock, farmland use, government subsidization of farming, and seasonal and migrant farm workers.
