Alternative Dispute Resolution is a mechanism by which different types of legal disputes are resolved through out-of-court processes like arbitration, and mediation as an alternative to civil litigation. This is a village in Central Illinois along Illinois Route 54. The sign posted on the road as one enters in to the village states that the population is 100. The village is named after Buffalo Lake, a now-vanished prairie wetland in southern Logan County on the upper reaches of the Lake Fork of Salt Creek.
