The Sherman Act makes illegal any contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce and makes monopolies and attempts, combinations, or conspiracies to monopolize illegal. The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
Cullman is a city in Cullman County, Alabama, United States. It is located along Interstate 65, 50 miles (80 km) north of Birmingham, Alabama and 55 miles (89 km) south of Huntsville, Alabama.
