The Sherman Act makes illegal any contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce and makes monopolies and attempts, combinations, or conspiracies to monopolize illegal. The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
Sawyer is an unincorporated community in Atkinson Township, Carlton County, Minnesota, United States. The community is located between Carlton and Cromwell on Minnesota State Highway 210. Sawyer is located within the Fond du Lac Indian Reservation. It serves as one of three administrative centers of the reservation.
