The Sherman Act makes illegal any contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce and makes monopolies and attempts, combinations, or conspiracies to monopolize illegal. The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
Lindley is a town in Steuben County, New York, United States. The population was 1,913 at the 2000 census. The name of the town was named after the early settler Eleazer Lindsley. The Town of Lindley is in the south part of the county, south of Corning.
