The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
Richville is a village in St. Lawrence County, New York, United States. The population was 274 at the 2000 census. The name is from an early settler. The Village of Richville is in the southwest corner of the Town of De Kalb and is southwest of the Village of Canton.
