The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
Rodman is a town in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The population was 1,147 at the 2000 census. The name is derived from a public official, Daniel Rodman. The Town of Rodman is at the southeastern border of the county and is south of Watertown.
