The Clayton Act regulate price discrimination, tying and exclusive dealing contracts, stock acquisition and interlocking directorates.
New Eagle is a borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States and is part of the Pittsburgh Metro Area. The population was 2,262 at the 2000 census. It is also the home of NFL Quarterback Joe Montana.
