Hayward (formerly, Haywards, Haywards Station, and Haywood) is a city located in the East Bay in Alameda County. The estimated population in 2010 was 151,300. Hayward will have a population of 171,800 by 2030 and bring in approximately 98,000 jobs new jobs. The former suburbs of Mt.
