Rosemary Beach is an unincorporated master planned community in Walton County, Florida, United States. Rosemary Beach was the location for the HGTV Dream Home contest in 1999 where a lucky contestant won a furnished home and an automobile. The town is a master-planned community located on the popular beachside road, 30-A. Its design is to remind visitors of a West Indies beachside resort.
