What is bus accident litigation?

Cases involving individuals who have been injured in crashes and collisions involving private or government-operated municipal bus systems. Bus accidents have a tendency to injury many people within and around the bus in a collision because the size and weight of these motor vehicles is enough to cause massive amounts of damage. When you factor in speed or adverse traffic conditions, the potential for property damage and/or loss of life is immense.
