Manti is a city in and the county seat of Sanpete County, Utah, United States. The population was 3,040 at the 2000 census. The city is also the headquarters of a polygamist offshoot of the mainstream LDS Church, the True and Living Church of Jesus Christ of Saints of the Last Days.
