Doty is an unincorporated town between Dryad and Pe Ell in Washington State, US. C. A. Doty built a sawmill here, and the town that sprang up around it was named after him. The town once boasted the largest sawmill in Lewis County. There is a Post Office, a General Store, two Churches and a Fire Department. The Chehalis River runs through it. About 250 people live in Doty.
