Fort Mill is a town in York county in the U.S. state of South Carolina, and a suburb of the city of Charlotte, North Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina. Approximately 9,400 people live inside the town's corporate limits with a total of nearly 35,000 people residing within the entire township. In the 2000 census, the population for the municipality of Fort Mill had a population of 7,587. A civil right is an enforceable right or privilege, which if interfered with by another gives rise to an action for injury.
