Urbana is the county seat of Champaign County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2007 population estimates, the population was 39,484. The city was named after Urbana, Ohio. Most of the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is located here.
What is constitutional law?
Constitutional law attorneys handle cases involving the construction and interpretation of federal and state constitutions, including individual rights and governmental powers.
