Redfield is a town in Oswego County, New York, USA. The population was 607 at the 2000 census. The Town of Redfield was incorporated from part of the Town of Mexico in 1800. The town is in the northeast corner of the county. The town unofficially set a record of 146" (415 cm) of snow in a week in February 2007.
