The Miami Valley town now lies along Interstate 75 near the Interstate 70 interchange, and has a growing downtown restaurant and service economy to complement its rural and residential heritage. Tipp City has been called "a truly exquisite little town" by many visitors. Tipp City is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area.
