Contracts law involves assisting individuals and businesses in the negotiation and execution of all types of legally enforceable agreements -- including contracts for the sale of property, employment agreements, and promissory notes -- and also to represent clients in legal disputes and litigation to enforce contracts.
Kinde is a village in Huron County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 534 at the 2000 census. The village is located on the boundary between Dwight Township and Lincoln Township, with about half of the village in both. A small portion of the village is within Meade Township.
