Witter Springs (also, Witter's Springs and Witter) is a former settlement in Lake County, California. It was located 3 miles (4.8 km) west-southwest of Upper Lake, at an elevation of 1663 feet (507 m). The Witter's Springs post office operated from 1873 to 1880. The Witter post office opened in 1901, moved and changed its name to Witter Springs in 1913.
