Criminal defense attorneys represent clients who have been accused of committing a crime, and defend their rights at each stage of a misdemeanor or felony case -- from an arrest to an appeal after conviction. Captain Cook is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hawaiʻi County, Hawaiʻi, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the CDP population was 3,206. The community, which is actually located in the land division of Kealakekua, is so named because the post office for the area was located in the Captain Cook Coffee Co. during the early 1900s.
