Criminal defense attorneys represent clients who have been accused of committing a crime, and defend their rights at each stage of a misdemeanor or felony case -- from an arrest to an appeal after conviction. Hornbeck is a town in Vernon Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 435 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Fort Polk South Micropolitan Statistical Area. Bryan A. Poston (1924-2009), a Hornbeck businessman, was a member of the Louisiana State Senate from 1964-1992. He succeeded his father, Charles M. Poston, Sr. , who held the same seat from 1960-1964. Both were Democrats.
