Cases involving injuries to cruise ship passengers may include injuries, deaths, missing passengers who apparently fell in the ocean, passengers being hit by falling objects, food poisoning, being thrown by rough seas due to the neglect of the captain and nearly every other conceivable type of injury possible on land can exist on cruise ships. Bear River City is a town in Box Elder County, Utah, United States. The population was 750 at the 2000 census, an increase over the 1990 population of 700. Its population places it well below the minimum population for a city under Utah law. Bear River City was first settled by a group from Brigham City in 1866.
