Osteen, Florida is an unincorporated community located in southwest Volusia County. As of 2007 the population was 3,103. The community is home to the Osteen Elementary School, which is part of the Volusia County School District. It is a rather small community which only has 2 gas stations, placed in between Sanford and Deltona.
