Driving While Intoxicated is the offense of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Warren is a city in Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 138,247, making Warren the largest city in Macomb County, the third largest city in Michigan, and Metro Detroit's largest suburb.
