Woodworth is a small unincorporated community in southeastern Kenosha County, Wisconsin, United States, and is located on Kenosha County Highway MB at 82nd Street in the town of Bristol. The Kenosha and Rockford Railroad (the "KD Line") brought prosperity and activity to Woodworth, and a U.S. post office is located there. In the 1920s (maybe earlier), a large serum laboratory was built in Woodworth that provided wartime vaccines for troops and civilians.
