Sedgewickville is a village in northern Bollinger County in Southeast Missouri in the United States. As of the 2000 U.S. Census, the population was 197; a 2008 estimate, however, showed the population to be 192, a decrease of 2.54%. Sedgewickville is part of the Cape Girardeau–Jackson, MO-IL Metropolitan Statistical Area.
