Foreclosure is the cutting off or termination of a right to property to compel payment of a mortgage or other debt secured by a lien. As to real property, like a house or land, foreclosure is started because of non-payment of the debt and leads to the selling of the property to which the mortgage or lien is attached in order to satisfy that debt. Lawyers who assist with foreclosure issues help struggling homeowners consider their options -- both foreclosure and foreclosure alternatives -- and determine the best course of action. Foreclosure alternatives may include loan modification, short sale, forbearance, reinstatement, and repayment plans.
Murfreesboro is a city in Pike County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 1,764 at the 2000 census. The city is the county seat of Pike County. Crater of Diamonds State Park is located just to the south. Hillary Clinton wore a 4.25 carat (850 mg) yellow diamond known as The "Kahn Canary" Diamond, found at the park in 1977, to the inaugural balls in 1993 and 1997. Also located in Murfreesboro is the 1,000-year-old Ka-Do-Ha Indian Village and museum, which offers a field that can be excavated for authentic arrowheads.
