Osgood is a town in Center Township, Ripley County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,669 at the 2000 census. In 1999, the community received a $23 million bequest from the Gilmore and Golda Reynolds Foundation, which was established by two lifelong Osgood residents to assist the town government as well as local non-profit organizations.
