Farley is a city in Dubuque County, Iowa, United States. It is part of the Dubuque, Iowa Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,334 at the 2000 census, but is now estimated to be 1,415 (2006). Farley is the sixth-largest city in Dubuque County. Farley is home to a 1/2 mile dirt race track, the Farley Speedway.
