Forestville is a village in Chautauqua County, New York, United States. The population was 770 at the 2000 census. The Village of Forestville is within the Town of Hanover and in the northeast part of the county. The Forestville Apple Festival is held yearly, the first weekend in October. It features products from the apple harvest, a craft fair, parade, special events and a harvest dinner, all in a friendly atmosphere of Fall fun. The "Bell Tower" at the High School is the oldest standing brick structure in the north county.
