Saulsbury is a town in Hardeman County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 99 at the 2000 census. It is located along State Highway 57 in southwest Hardeman County. Saulsbury is home to a grocery store, a post office, a volunteer fire department, two baptist churches, and a garage that opened in 2009. It also boasts a park (Peabody Park) situated between West Street and Church Street. Saulsbury is along the Norfolk Southern railroad.
