Deatsville is a town in Elmore County, Alabama, United States. It has many names it is gone by, such as Holtville, and Slapout. It has three schools. Holtville Elementary, Holtville Middle, and Holtville High. At the 2007 census the population was 2,473. It is part of the Montgomery Metropolitan Statistical Area.
