A Helicopter Accident is an occurrence associated with the operation of an aircraft which takes place between the time any person boards the helicopter with the intention of flight and all such persons have disembarked, in which a person is fatally or seriously injured, the aircraft sustains damage or structural failure and/or the aircraft is missing or is completely inaccessible.
Milford is an unincorporated community in Lassen County, California. It is located on Mill Creek 15 miles (24 km) south of Litchfield, at an elevation of 4222 feet (1287 m). The settlement began when Judson Dakin and J.C. Wemple opened a mill at the site in 1861. The first post office at Milford opened in 1864, and closed for a period during 1879.
