Whitingham is a town in Windham County, Vermont, United States. The population was 1,298 at the 2000 census. Whitingham is the birthplace of Brigham Young, the Mormon prophet and founder of Salt Lake City, Utah. Whitingham is also the headquarters of the North Atlantic Conference.
