Arkansaw is an unincorporated community in the eastern portion of the town of Waterville, in Pepin County, Wisconsin, United States. Located approximately 3 miles west of Durand, it has the ZIP code of 54721; the ZCTA for ZIP code 54721 had a population of 1,399 at the 2000 census. From 1881 to 1886, the community was the county seat of Pepin County.
