Dolliver is a city in Emmet County, Iowa, United States. The population was 77 at the 2000 census. Dolliver was named for United States Senator Jonathan P. Dolliver who was a prominent politician when the town was established in 1900 as a stop on a new railroad line. The railroad line on which the town was established was shutdown in the early 1970s.
