Gagetown is a village in Tuscola County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 389 at the 2000 census. It is located in the northeastern corner of Elmwood Township. Gagetown is northeast of the Saginaw metropolitan area as well as the village of Caro; two major economic hubs in the region that link Gagetown with the rest of the world.
