Woodacre is an unincorporated town and census-designated place (CDP) located in the San Geronimo Valley in Marin County, California. Woodacre is located 8 miles (13 km) south-southwest of Novato, at an elevation of 364 feet (111 m). The population was 1,393 at the 2000 census.
