Internet Law or Cyber Law is a term that encapsulates the legal issues related to use of communicative, transactional, and distributive aspects of networked information devices and technologies. Moyock is an unincorporated community in Currituck County, North Carolina. It is located on NC 168 just south of the Virginia state line. The community sits at the end of the Chesapeake Expressway toll road, and is only a short drive from downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Because of this, Moyock has begun to witness an increase in residential development as an emerging bedroom community for Hampton Roads. Moyock is the corporate headquarters of Xe Services LLC (formerly Blackwater Worldwide), a private security company that provides training for United States military and police forces and supplies private paramilitary forces in Iraq and other theaters. The company maintains a 7,000-acre (28 km) training center in the town on Puddin Ridge Road.
