Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Boxborough is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 4,868 at the 2000 census, although it had risen to 5,365 by January 2009. The town name is often spelled "Boxboro" on highway signs and official documents, but the correct spelling is, in fact, Boxborough.
