Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Labor law attorneys may represent their clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which hears disputes between employers and unionized employees.
Monmouth Beach is a Borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 3,595. Monmouth Beach was incorporated as a borough on March 9, 1906 by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature, when it was created from portions of Ocean Township.
