Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Prospect is a village inside the town of Trenton, in Oneida County, New York, United States. The population was 330 at the 2000 census. The village is located at the junction of NY 365 and Reference Route 920V west of West Canada Creek.
