Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Bluejacket is a town in Craig County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 274 at the 2000 census. Bluejacket was named for its first postmaster, the Rev. Charles Bluejacket, one-time chief of the Shawnees and grandson of Blue Jacket.
