Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Defiance is a small village in Bedford County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The village is home to approximately 100 residents. It is located along Six Mile Run Road (State Route 1036) in Broad Top Township, Pennsylvania.
