Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Kittanning is a borough and the county seat of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is situated 44 miles (71 km) northeast of Pittsburgh, along the east bank of the Allegheny River. The name means "at the great stream" in the Delaware language.
