Labor law arose due to the demands for workers for better conditions, the right to organize, and the simultaneous demands of employers to keep labor costs low. Lutts is an unincorporated community in Wayne County, Tennessee, United States. It is also known as "Pinhook. " Lutts is served by the Lutts Volunteer Fire Department and Lutts Community Center. The Pinhook School (home of the Pinhook Panthers) formerly operated in Lutts.
