Mazomanie is a village in Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,485 at the 2000 census. The village is located within the Town of Mazomanie. It is part of the Madison Metropolitan Statistical Area. Mazomanie is the only community in the state of Wisconsin to have a de facto legal public nude beach, known as Mazo Beach.
